Involved Youth Coalition

Project aim:
Through this training Kasta Morrely aims to train 22 youth leaders to be able to act concretely in combating unemployment, marginalization and social exclusion and to promote youth active participation in their communities and at European level.

Approaching important issues “For Successful Youth”:
- Social exclusion, unemployment among youth, community needs and social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities
- Applicative techniques and solutions in combating unemployment and social marginalization of youth
- Development of youth personal, social and professional competencies
- Active participation of youth in their community and at European level
- Leadership - the Leader as a changing factor

- Combating poverty, unemployment, social marginalization of young people in local communities and at European level
